- Specials Nahorhabi, derived from the abundance of Nahor trees growing in the area, was founded in 1874 by Mr. J. G. Gunn and was originally a rather small estate of only 125 hectares. Over the years, it has grown to 694 hectares - with constant improvements in quality. This year, the Assam region had to contend with a wide variety of weather-related challenges. Still, the garden managed to produce such a wonderfully tippy lot with a full-bodied and fresh character. A highlight of the season.
