- Specials The young cultivar TTES-18 is a hybrid of an Assamica variety from Myanmar and a local wild tea variety from Taiwan. In spring, it is produced as white tea, since it has not yet fully developed its versatile aromas. As the year progresses, the tea leaves are oxidised more and more for the production of black teas. We were fortunate enough to get hold of one of the rare Pouchongs from the period between white and black tea, which impresses with its typical leaves and incomparable lemon blossom aromas.
