- Specials Twenty years ago, Nishi Seicha was a pioneer in organic tea cultivation in Kirishima, Kagoshima. To this day, Mr Nishi attaches great importance to bringing cultivation, production and nature into harmony. Nestled among the peaks of Kirishima, the tea fields are protected from harmful insects and wind drift by wild birds and wild-growing trees. This Shincha, produced from the Yabukita cultivar, reflects the purity and freshness of nature. As a spring harvest, the lot captivates with its bright green leaves and delicately tart notes.
