- Specials Turzum is derived from Taru Zum, which in the Tibetan dialect refers to a place where the weekly village market is held. The garden was established by the British in the 1860s and shares a factory with its sister garden, Sungma. It is the flagship of the Jay Shree Group for special cultivars and special productions. Only selected leaves and buds of the P312 cultivar were hand-picked, carefully rolled and gently partially oxidised, adding a playful complexity to the coveted muscatel character.
