- Specials Ali Shan is probably one of the best-known tea-growing regions in Taiwan. Our tea grows on Mount Ali at an altitude of around 1,000 metres. The leaf of the Jin Xuan cultivar is harvested and produced just as it should be for a natural Milk Oolong. The cultivar fully emphasises its natural, subtly creamy notes without masking the typical Oolong character. This is supported by the carefully selected degree of fermentation of approx. 40%.
