- Specials A delightfully deep and rich autumn harvest from Seeyok, one of Darjeeling's oldest certified organic tea gardens. Founded in 1869, the name comes from 'Soyek', the Lepcha word for 'land of the believers'. Only about one third of the garden is used for tea cultivation. The remaining area offers habitat for a wide variety of animals and plants.
