- Specials The Dapingzhang Old Tea Forest is located at 1,140 – 1,600 metres on Jingmai Mountain in Yunnan. Over 1.2 million tea trees have been growing here for centuries, many of them are over 100 years old. Traditionally plucked by hand and cultivated under a protective canopy of leaves, they preserve biodiversity and a unique ecosystem. They are strictly protected and have been assigned to families for generations. Harvest quantities are very limited and the tea is rarely available outside China – a tea of exceptional purity and expressiveness.
