- Specials A wonderful experiment from the talent hotbed of rolled Oolong teas. The cultivar itself has not yet been given a name, but is based on Jin Xuan and Ruan Zhi hybrids. We were immediately impressed by this small trial batch and secured the entire stock. Deep and light, fruity and floral – this Oolong skilfully jumps back and forth and is incredibly enjoyable. Oxidation takes place in small boxes with heat lamps and varying air intakes. Amazing.
