- Specials This relatively new cultivar – Huang Guan Yin – has the wonderful quality of remaining lively and fresh even in a lightly oxidised version. Jin Guan Yin grows in shallower soil, which gives it a wonderfully mineral, rich character. Nestled among the surrounding osmanthus trees, the leaves absorb this aroma whilst still growing. Overall, a very rich oolong with subtle notes of orchid and osmanthus.
