- Specials There are not many EU-certified organic tea gardens in Taiwan. This organically grown Bao Zhong comes from Pinglin, within the Wen Shan region in northern Taiwan. Well-produced Bao Zhong requires a great deal of expertise. Precise control of the oxidation process determines the quality. The tea master stays up all night in order to adjust the gradual degree of oxidisation and the subtle change from green to floral notes. Unfortunately, there are only a few young people who are still learning this art today in order to continue the cultural heritage of this tea.
