- Specials ONTI stands for “Organic Nepal Tea Industry”. It is a small tea producer founded in 2016 that works with 112 small farmers. The leaves of White Prakash, which means “white rays of light” in English, consist of extra delicate and soft leaf tips from the Gumti cultivar, which is known for its special characteristics in the Ilam region. This gives the tea its full-bodied, smooth aroma, which is rounded off by a slightly sweet roasted note created through a hot air drying process.
