- Specials Harendong was founded in 2006 by the Halim family and is still a relatively young tea garden. The plantation area, located near Mount Halimun, previously suffered from problems such as illegal deforestation and general poverty. The cultivation of organic teas has now had a positive impact on the environment and also on the living conditions of the local employees. Although this tea has been rolled like a classic Oolong, it is actually a black tea. It is named after the Javan hawk-eagle, which can be seen in a nearby national park.
