- Specials Only the bud and the first two leaves of the South American Creole cultivar tea plant were used for this exceptional tea, harvested in the first year of growth after rejuvenation pruning. In 2024, the tea was presented to us as a prototype. With a few specific adjustments to the 72-hour withering process, it was now possible to produce a wonderfully fruity, sweet, natural white tea. After withering, the leaves are simply dried to reduce moisture and bring out the sweetness.
