- Specials The name says it all - named after its cultivar 'Jin Mu Dan', this tea is something quite unique: nestled in the mountain peaks of WuYi, the leaves are picked in the dry season after 2 rainy seasons. Jin Mu Dan needs this special climate for its mountain-fresh and juicy flavour and can therefore only be produced there in the quality found here. The time window for plucking is very small and dependent on the weather - this excellent tea cannot be produced if there is no rain. A real rarity.
