- Specials This multi-layered tea comes from a small area in the centre of Simao, where a special microclimate prevails and the soil has developed its own unique characteristics. Conditions similar to those found in the best areas of Taiwan Ali-Shan. The 'Ruanzhi' cultivar is used for this Oolong. One advantage of growing in Yunnan is the briefly very hot and dry weather, which gives the tea its special depth and makes it a favourite among many oolong lovers.
