- Specials This Oolong is made from the cultivar 'Ruanzhi Oolong No. 17' and is characterised by its velvety texture and multi-faceted aroma. The tea is hand-picked and then partially oxidised in 8 steps before it is brought into its final shape. Production takes more than two days and requires a great deal of experience. The floral, fresh-grassy flavour and silky-smooth mouthfeel make this Soft Stem a very long-lasting experience from the beautiful mountain landscapes of Doi Maesalong.
