- Specials Hand-picked tea material from the TTES.12 cultivar, better known as Jin Xuan. In close cooperation with the Taiwan Tea Research Center this new style of Gaba Oolong was developed. The tea is produced in small quantities on request only. A true rarity. It is characterised by a higher content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) due to the exclusion of oxygen during the fermentation process, approx. 160mg/100g.
