The tea is hand-picked and then partially oxidised in 8 steps before it is brought into its final shape. Production takes more than two days and requires a great deal of experience. The floral, fresh-grassy flavour and silky-smooth mouthfeel make this Soft Stem a very long-lasting experience from the beautiful mountain landscapes of Doi Maesalong.
